Achieving a relaxed, efficient breathing pattern and not running out of air is the single biggest problem for novice swimmers. I have 100% success with overcoming this issue using simple, shallow water exercises that will build your confidence in a very safe, comfortable environment.

Through these simple methods I have enabled people to swim who thought they never could or would be able to. Some in fact, who now swim distance for fitness as their chosen activity.

This is really a very simple fix for me. So, if you would like to swim but believe you can’t, please get in touch, I can help you.

Testimonials

Dale has presented several workshops on body awareness and core stability to members of the Wett Ones Masters Swimming Club. These dry land and in-water programs have significantly improved the swimmers' understanding of how to modify their technique, and especially how to correct problems with core control and position in the water. His unique expertise provides an invaluable complement to our training programs.

Peter McGee – Swimming Coach

Before I met Dale I couldn’t swim, but after a number of sessions with him focusing on breathing technique, I overcame my fear and began to improve rapidly. His approach really worked for me and the trust that he enabled by working in the water with me gave me huge confidence. Now at age 40, I swim a kilometre 3 or 4 times a week. Not only can I swim now, I also love it!

I used to think some people just weren't swimmers, but I now know that to be untrue. Dale has enabled me to overcome the obstacles and fear that were preventing me from being able to swim more than a few lengths.

He has also improved my position in the water and the overall efficiency of my stroke, kick and turn. I now swim over 1k, 5-7 days a week without the exhaustion I used to feel after 3 lengths.
