These sessions will improve general strength and flexibility, develop physical and mental agility, and enhance balance, body awareness and co-ordination.

They will further enhance quality of life by maintaining independence and mobility, increasing vitality, reducing the incidence of falls, improving sleep, reducing incontinence and improving self-esteem.

I have worked with many mature aged people in their late 60's and 70's, and even a few beyond that. Witnessing the tangible benefits they gain from these sessions is an immense intrinsic reward.

Can be delivered as one-on-one or group format.

Testimonials

I have been doing Pilates with Dale twice a week for almost 10 years and the benefits for my physical and mental wellbeing are numerous. I attribute the fact that I suffer no injuries and have no falls (very important for us older folk), to the combination of good core stability, and improved joint mobility and balance that I have gained.

I've been going to Dale's Pilates classes for the last ten years and they have helped with balance and general flexibility. As I near 80 I become ever more aware of what a great benefit regular Pilates has been.

Dale's classes help keep my ageing body tuned and agile, and my mental ability sharp so I can continue to live a healthy, fruitful life. His progression of movements and exercise is exceptionally well thought out, challenging my body and mind at the same time, a fusion of physical activity, mental challenge and mindfulness.

I often feel achy, with twinges here and there, but the class alleviates these niggles and at the end of each session I feel invigorated. I don't ever want to stop going to Dale's classes.
